FEMAvilles
No longer known as Hoovervilles, the trailer parks set up after Katrina are being criticized in Mississipi. People are afraid that they will attract urban blight. The controversy is not the cost issue; permanent housing would cost just as much as the trailers. However, FEMA is not in the business of permanent housing.
