Called 'The Vanishing Class," this series of articles examines a few high school buddies that had hoped to stick together all the way through high school, but not all of them made it.
Yet another article examing the failures of the L.A. School system. I'd like to know why the L.A. Times rarely publishes anything good about it. There has to be some success stories.
