BU Bio lab is approved, construction date planned

What do people think about this? I find it kind of intense. I also think this article does a really poor job of covering all sides of the issue. There is only a brief, passing mention of plans for transportation safety related to the Biolab and there is hardly an attention given to either side of the argument over building the level 4 lab in an urban core (it is the only one of 5 level 4 labs to be located in an densely populated urban area).
