Rise in Environmental Racism

NPR interviews two professors, Robert Bullard (director of the Environmental Justice Resource Center at Clark Atlanta University) and Paul Mohai (professor of natural resources and the environment at the University of Michigan). The researchers' recent report claims that environmental racism is becoming worse.
