"Green gyms" in the UK

Anyone who made a New Year's resolution to get fit is being encouraged to help conservation work in the area at the same time.

Councils in Oxfordshire are organising "Green gym" sessions, where volunteers take part in outdoor conservation.

It includes work such as tree planting, path clearance and coppicing - cutting down trees to their stumps so they can grow again.

Organisers claim it is as good for you as joining a traditional gym.

And here's another story.
