Green Building Codes

Lots of places have been pushing to meet green building codes, including Boston, which requires new buildings to meet 26 of 69 possible points to be LEED certified. Could this be the biggest news story for the environment in 2007? There are some big ones this year, including several alternative energy start-ups and once again global climate change. What do you think?
