The bill requires boilers, furnaces and some other products sold in the state to meet certain energy efficiency standards.
Gee, good thing it's such a huge state with no other states around it that some consumber could go to to buy products that don't meet the standards...
Sorry, RI, it's the thought that counts and at least it's a step in the right direction.
