Wetlands helped to protect Charles River during flooding

Suburban wetlands helped to absorb excess water during the severe rains two weeks ago. Residents of the Backbay (which used to be a bay) were lucky! They should be doing what they can protect wetlands of the Charles and encourage residents to plant Rain Gardens!
