Migrants rebuilding New Orleans

As predicted right after Katrina, migrants have been rebuilding New Orleans and have been finding plenty of work to do... all while living in close quarters in order to save more money for their families. Yet how this influx of migrant labor will change demographics could still be up in the air.

And the mayor, Ray Nagin, while willing to accept the labor of these migrants, wants to make sure they go away after the job is done. Heaven forbid his city be "overrun". What was it before, pristine?
