Language in Coast Guard bill to block wind farm linked to T. Kennedy

If the bill passes, it could give Govenor Romney (MA) the power to kill the Cape Wind project. Not sure what side I am on this issue as I haven't had much time to review the pros and cons, but I do wonder if a certain family and their friends did not have property in Nantucket if the Mass. politicians would be so ardently against it.
