Climate Change Forum
Monday April 3, 2006
1:00pm - 4:00pm
State House Room A-1
ALL ARE WELCOME! SPREAD THE WORD!
The chairs of the environment committee of the state legislature have organized a forum on global warming for next Monday, April 3 at the state house. The forum will run from 1:00PM- 4:00PM.
They've recruited both Speaker DiMasi and the Senate President to cosponsor the event, as well as the chairs of three other key committees. They have climate experts lined up to talk about global warming, its impacts, and how we can solve the problem. This is the first time in years the legislature at such a high level has engaged directly with the subject of global warming.
