Wind Farm mudslinging

The controversy continues as wealthy Nantucket homeowners attempt to stop Cape Wind Associates through lobbying an Alaskan Senator. The Nantucket group claims that Cape Wind has spent money on lobbying as well.

I'm trying to hear both sides of this issue and understand the pros and cons of the windfarm, but a cynical part of me just thinks that if this were near a poor neighborhood, we'd have half the state powered by wind already.
