From Nature: Nuclear fuel recycling not a solution

This article in the science journal, Nature, argues that building new nuclear power plants that can recycle spent fuel from conventional nuclear power plants in order to reduce our dependency on fossil fuels is a pipe dream. The cost reduction simply isn't there. The disposal of the waste is still costly, whether the fuel is cycled many times or not.
