EPA criticized for lack of enforcement of drinking water data collection

Despite the criticism from the Washington Post, the EPA has made sure that this article about their work on enforcement of lead and asbestos regulations in Vermont has been posted in their EPA in the News section right next to the Post article.

By the way, water quality data collection for the USGS is now often outsourced to non-profit organizations, who usually rely on volunteers, and private industry.
