More New Orleans demographics

Turns out that New Orleans could end up much different than previously thought. Many were predicting that Latino immigrants would change the make-up of New Orleans. Seems now that they're singing a different tune. It could be that more white middle class families end up moving back into the city. As one researcher has pointed out, though, this information is just a snapshot of what is currently happening. In other words, maybes don't make it so.
